- SweetPumpkinMochi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. Once the bags are out of our home base there is nothing we can do, unfortunately.
*Please ensure your information is entered correctly! If an address change needs to be addressed please do so before I send out emails to begin sending packages out to you STAYS. Once your label is created, you would need to re-pay for a new shipping label if an address change is needed at the time so please double-check, triple-check your name and address.
